Table mounted zero locator is unlocked by air pressure and mechanically locked by spring. The pressure source can be cut off at any time in the locked state, and there is no need to connect the air source when using.
Repetitve positioning accuracy ＜0.005mm, single locator clamping force 5KN, tension force 13KN, through the custom plate can be directly installed on the T-table, the usage temperature range is -20℃~80℃.
Suitable for machining industries that need to reduce fixture change time, metal or non-metal cutting fields.
