Air pressure built-in zero positioner with angular positioning is unlocked by air pressure and mechanically locked by spring. After locking, the pressure source can be cut off, and the air pressure remains stable.
Repeated positioning accuracy <0.005mm, single positioner clamping force 17kN, tension force 55kN. With angular positioning, can be used singly.
Suitable for machining industries that need to reduce fixture change time, and metal or non-metal cutting fields.
