It is unlocked by gas pressure and mechanically locked by spring.
When unlocking the intake port, the locator is unlocked and the tray can be removed; When unlocking the pressure relief port, the locator is self-locking, and there is no need to constantly connect the pressure source during use.
Repeated positioning accuracy ≤0.005mm, single positioner clamping force 17kN, tension force 55kN. It is assembly part, and is easy to install.
Usage temperature range is -20℃~80℃. Suitable for metal or non-metal cutting fields.
