Product Overview

The base plate of the two-unit zero positioner is 398mm long, 198mm wide, 53mm high (including positioner), and weighs 22.7kg. It can be unlocked by air pressure and hydraulic pressure, and mechanically locked by spring.
Repeated positioning accuracy <0.005mm, a single two-unit zero positioner base plate clamping force 2x10kN, tension force 2x25kN, the material can be customized.
It can be locked in the T-slot through the countersunk hole on the substrate, which is convenient and quick to install, but at least two positioning holes are required for accurate positioning.
Suitable for metal or non-metal cutting.
